Dr Yachana Shah is a consultant ophthalmologist with subspecialty fellowship training in cornea and anterior segment surgery. She has completed a few major fellowships across India and Australia, including an anterior segment fellowship at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, a fellowship at Perth Children's Hospital, and the Fred Hollows Fellowship with the Lions Eye Institute. She has worked across both metropolitan and regional settings, including time in Broome, giving her broad experience across diverse healthcare environments.

She has a particular focus on cataract surgery, corneal surgery including a variety of transplants, and ocular surface disease. She also holds a clinical appointment at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital as a Cornea and Anterior Segment Surgeon.

Dr Vaibhav Shah is a consultant ophthalmologist with subspecialty fellowship training in vitreo-retinal surgery. He has completed 3 major fellowships after training, including vitreo-retinal surgery training at Aravind Eye Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital under Prof Ian Constable, and the Fred Hollows Foundation Fellowship. He helped establish and develop the eye service in Broome, bringing specialist ophthalmic care to one of Western Australia's most underserved communities.

He has now relocated to Perth and continues to support regional communities with regular visits to Geraldton and Narrogin. He also holds a clinical appointment at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
